About
About CommentTap
CommentTap is an Instagram comment-to-DM automation tool built by KOLM Michał Kołnierzak, an independent software company based in Warsaw, Poland. When someone comments a keyword, replies to a Story or sends a keyword DM, CommentTap sends them the link, PDF, coupon or booking page you set up and saves them as a lead.
Why it exists
Chatbot builders such as ManyChat can do a lot. CommentTap is built for creators, coaches and small brands that want to turn Instagram interactions into leads without designing a flowchart: a step-by-step setup and a monthly limit with no automatic overage charges.
How we work
CommentTap connects to Instagram only through Meta's official API and messages people only after they interact first. Our infrastructure is hosted in the EU. A Data Processing Agreement covers personal data we process on customers' behalf, and our subprocessor list is public. Some recipients may process data in the US, as described in our Privacy Policy. The interface is available in English and Polish.
