This form is an attachment to the Terms of Service. It applies to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights (PNPK).

Notes

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the agreement was concluded; the day of conclusion is not counted. If the last day falls on a Saturday or a public holiday, the period ends on the next day that is neither a Saturday nor a public holiday. It is enough to send the statement before the period ends.
• You can send this form electronically to support@commenttap.com or by post to the Operator's address. You can also use the “Withdraw from the agreement” button in Settings → Billing or send any other clear statement — using this form or filling in every field is not required as long as the agreement can be identified (e.g. by the account email).
• If you withdraw effectively, we refund all payments received, in full. We make no deduction for using the service before the withdrawal. Starting to use the Plan or using its features does not take away your right of withdrawal within the applicable period. Access to the paid Plan ends when you withdraw.
• A refund will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal, using the same payment method, unless you agree otherwise.
