Notes

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the agreement was concluded.
• You can send this form electronically to support@commenttap.com or by post to the Operator's address.
• If you requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period ended, on withdrawal during performance you will pay for the services provided up to that moment; once the service is fully performed the right of withdrawal may expire, per section 7 of the Terms.
• A refund will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal, using the same payment method, unless you agree otherwise.
